As a Business Development Manager, you’ll have the chance to work with cutting-edge industries, representing the company at major events. This is a dynamic role in a small but expanding team, where your contributions will directly impact the success of this exciting new launch.

Key Responsibilities of the BDM:

  • Sell exhibition and sponsorship packages to key stakeholders.
  • Drive growth and develop the strategy for the launch event.
  • Conduct market research to generate and qualify leads.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Collaborate closely with production, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless event delivery.

 The ideal BDM:

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B event sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding KPI targets.
  • Experience working on launch events is a plus, but not essential.
  • Articulate, driven, and able to work autonomously.
  • Familiarity with sales software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
