  • Base Salary of up to £45K
  • Commission of 20%-25% and potential to increase this over time.

The team are office based, but finish at 2pm on a Friday. They have monthly team trips and outings and celebrate success together. The MD is very supportive and does everything possible to help you grow your team and division, providing full coaching and support. The MD is very much a billing manager and one of the team, he passes candidates to his consultants and still gives them full commission. He gives the team 70% splits if they fill roles within his clients. He has the mentality of lets do everything we can to fill those roles as the whole business benefits.


He is looking for very hard working individuals like the current team in place that really want to grow something and he will do everything possible to make you to be very successful and grow your market.


To be successful you will

  • Have proven success winning clients
  • Be a 360 whole lifecycle recruitment consultant within an agency
  • Ideally you will have 2 years plus experience in one market.
  • Have strong billings and shown growth over time.
  • Have an entrepreneurial mindset or building up your own desk and new division. To build a business within a business.
