About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director / Business Development Manager to join our team at Humres - Construction Recruitment Specialists. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and promoting our clients' range of refrigeration solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Strategic Sales Plans: Create and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets and expand our customer base.
  • Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Research and pursue new business opportunities in the industrial refrigeration market.
  • Build and Maintain Strong Relationships: Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare and Deliver Presentations: Develop and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and Close Sales Deals: Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team: Work with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Monitor Sales Performance: Track and report on sales performance to senior management.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Proven Experience in Sales or Business Development: Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or business development role within the industrial refrigeration sector.
  • Strong Understanding of Refrigeration Systems: In-depth knowledge of refrigeration systems, components, and applications.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to Build Long-Term Relationships: Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
  • Self-Motivated and Results-Driven: Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Strong Organizational and Time Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in CRM Software and Microsoft Office Suite: Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
