Duties of the Administration Manager:
- maintain and update policies and processes
- provide support and cover in Credit Control, Purchase Ledger and other Accounting functions
- produce all workplace documentation
- ensure continued ISO compliance
- renew all related memberships
- ensure all H&S compliance
- organise plant and machinery inspections
- organise training requirements
- keep insurances up to date
- support the MD with sales work
- project follow ups
Experience of the Administration Manager:
- confident and assertive
- experience of implementing office policies
- knowledge of Health and Safety
- ideally knowledge of the Construction or Transport sector (not essential)
- office/admin management experience
- excellent IT skills
- some basic finance/accounting experience
