You will need to be an excellent communicator, able to build rapport with customers over the phone.
  • You will take inbound calls from our existing customers, answering queries about their product
  • Assist with any questions the customer is facing with the aim of retaining their business
  • Reminding our customers of the benefits available to them, by promoting the Vitality Programme rewards we offer
  • Assist customers with credit control queries such as missed premiums, payment arrangements, direct debit enquiries etc

  • Passion for great customer service
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A good level of computer literacy
  • Previous experience in a sales would be beneficial, but not essential
