I am working with a client in Leeds who is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented HR Admin to join our team on a permanent basis. This role is based in Leeds and offers a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in a dynamic HR environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
- Maintain and update employee records and databases.
- Support the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
- Handle employee enquiries and provide timely responses.
- Assist in the preparation of HR documents, such as employment contracts and onboarding materials.
- Coordinate training sessions and track employee attendance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an HR administrative role is preferred.
- CIPD qualification would be preferred.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- The ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- A proactive and positive attitude.
