We are looking for a dedicated Credit Controller to oversee our clients financial transactions This is a vital role in their Accounting & Finance department, where precision and diligence are paramount.

Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the company's credit control function.
  • Monitor and maintain policy holders balances to ensure a reduction in overdue accounts.
  • Handle complex client accounts and resolve any issues related to credit control.
  • Perform credit assessments and set credit limits for new and existing customers.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on credit and collection activities.
  • Work closely with the sales and finance teams to manage credit risk and optimize cash flow.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

Profile

A successful Credit Controller should have:

  • A strong understanding of financial regulations and accounting practices
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools
  • Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members
  • Problem-solving abilities to address payment issues effectively
  • Superb organisational skills to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
  • A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
