We are looking for a Marketing Campaigns Executive to join our expanding marketing team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving our marketing strategies to new heights. We are seeking a talented individual with a passion for marketing and a creative mindset to contribute to our innovative campaigns.


The role

Pure’s Marketing Campaigns Executive will be involved in all aspects of the brand comms, responsible for planning and executing campaigns that make a tangible impact to the business – for both our B2B and B2C sales channels. The Marketing Campaigns Executive will be a hands-on marketeer who has experience of the whole marketing mix, with an emphasis on physical marketing, and an enthusiasm to thrive in a fast-paced and exciting industry. A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for delicious, healthy food is a must

Main duties and responsibilities

  • Manage the execution of seasonal menu campaigns for our B2C and B2B channels, including initial design concepts, menu board design, shop logistics planning, product descriptions and store team briefings
  • Management of menu information and campaign content on our website
  • Compile the Menu Launch Pack for each seasonal menu campaign
  • Work with the Head of Marketing to implement design / comms changes in shops
  • Management of in-store digital screens, including menu board updates and campaign comms
  • Coordinate and manage product and lifestyle photoshoots for our B2B and B2C channels
  • Identify and execute any opportunities to elevate our brand and drive sales
  • Manage and implement strategic campaigns across B2C and B2B channels including wholesale, creating digital and physical assets
  • Shared management of social media channels including content creation and scheduling
  • Brand presence ambassador (ensure accuracy and updated content, physical and digital) including website updates
  • Involvement with in-store sampling campaigns and local marketing activities
  • Community management, including responding to reviews in our community portal
  • Monitor the marketing inbox and action accordingly (shared responsibility)

What we’d love to see in you

  • Previous experience in-house implementing physical and digital marketing strategies. Experience in B2C is essential, B2B is desired
  • Experience managing social media and measuring success
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills are essential
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience coordinating photoshoots
  • Experience in WordPress, managing website updates
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Obsessive attention to detail and really caring about your output
  • An organised and diligent marketeer that has the desire to thrive in a fast-paced environment, confident making decisions, and happy to get stuck in when needed
  • Experience in hospitality, FTG, restaurants or food retail a real bonus

Pure is a fast-growing, healthy food-to-go group with 15 shops across central London and major transport hubs. The Pure offering focuses on healthy, natural and delicious food for people on the go or at work. We have a number of sales channels: in-store, Click & Collect, our own catering delivery service and working with third parties to deliver our food.

This is a really exciting time to join our expanding marketing team, in a pivotal role which works closely with all other departments throughout the business. The role will be based in our Head Office in Moorgate, reporting to the Head of Marketing.
