The Role
Join our team as an HR Coordinator, based at our Sheffield head office. You'll provide HR support across the LabLogic Group, collaborating closely with our Group HR Manager on recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and HR processes. At LabLogic, we have a strong family atmosphere, and we aim to reflect this in the way we operate as an HR team. As such, this is an office-based role and you will need to have great people skills to support both the processes and people across the business.

Responsibilities
You will work across a range of different areas within the business bringing your own ideas and insights into the different processes. Your main areas of responsibility will be to:
- Manage the recruitment process to ensure managers receive high quality candidates
- Coordinate onboarding for new starters; collaborating with multiple departments
- Support managers in various performance management processes
- Manage the offboarding process
- Support HR processes for our US and French companies
- Provide HR advice and support on a range of HR issues
- Manage the HR inbox
The above list is not exhaustive and, as such, you may be required to undertake other duties as appropriate.
Requirements
Essential
- Two years’ relevant HR experience
- Strong people skills and communication abilities (being a people person is essential to being a success in HR at LabLogic)
- Attention to detail and a strong focus on quality
- Organised with effective prioritisation skills
- Strong IT skills (particularly Microsoft Excel)
- Willingness to travel occasionally to other sites
Desirable
- CIPD qualified
- Strong employment law knowledge
- Understanding of HR processes in the US
