">- Employee onboarding and offboarding
- Absence management and payroll processing
- Recruitment coordination and contractual amendments
- Maintaining accurate employee records and databases
Skills and Qualifications:
">To succeed in this role, you will need:
">- Proven experience in HR administration, preferably in a recruitment agency
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, with ability to analyze data and maintain reports
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships with clients and employees
- Degree in Human Resources or a related field
Benefits and Salary:
">We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 per annum, plus benefits including hybrid working, bonus scheme, flexible hours, career growth & development, and 25 days annual leave.
