Looking to join a global organisation and play a vital role in their UK success?Are you resilient, ambitious and great at building rapport with potential clients?We're looking for a proactive, sales focused, results-driven individual with a lead generation, account management, telesales or sales background ideally within a B2B environment to join this incredible business as their Inside Sales Specialist.With a focus on consultative sales when it comes to lead generation, you'll play a pivotal role in driving business growth and productivity.Here's some of areas you'll be focusing on:Achieving direct and indirect sales targetsContributing to the development and growth of new sales channelsTracking and analysis of sales KPI'sResearching and identifying potential leadsDeveloping a network of contacts in different vertical markets to generate new leadsEngage and qualify prospectsUtilise CRM tools to keep information up to dateQualifying of inbound customer enquiriesAttending trade fairs, customer events and workshopsBeing confident making outbound cold calls is essential, along with being self-motivated and highly organised Knowledge of Salesforce specifically would be great or another CRM.Ideally you'll have sales experience, but we're also keen to hear from you if you're looking to get into sales and have some good customer service experience.Location: Ely, Cambridgeshire (Hybrid working available)Hours: Monday-Friday - 37.5 hours per weekSalary: c£25,000 basic + attractive OTE + excellent benefitsEA First Ltd are acting as an Employment Agency for this permanent vacancy
