Sales Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Inside Sales Executive to join our team at Zero Surplus, a leading regional sales recruitment specialist based in Cambridgeshire. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maximising sales opportunities within a specific geographical area.
The ideal candidate will have proven inside sales experience within a fast-paced environment, with a strong telephone presence and the ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage their time effectively. A background in the construction, electrical, or plumbing sectors would be beneficial, but not essential.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with the Inside Sales Manager and wider sales team to implement strategies to enhance sales potential
- Maximise order potential from both inbound and outbound enquiries to achieve monthly KPI targets
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, as well as identify and pursue new sales opportunities
