Doing Sales for an AI product is a fascinating challenge so be prepared to adapt your skillset Below is what we need you to do its up to you on the how:Sales leadership: Build and scale our sales team processes and pipeline management from the ground upGo-to-market strategy: Define and execute our sales strategy across marketsCustomer acquisition: Drive outbound and inbound sales opportunities moving prospects from interest to closed dealsRevenue growth: Own targets forecasting and reporting ensuring sustainable ARR growthPartnership building: Establish and nurture strategic relationships Sales enablement: Work with Marketing and Product to refine positioning pricing and collateral that accelerates deal velocity.This is how well set you up for success and the outcomes we expect from youOver your first 90 days you can expect us to help point you in the right direction to set you up for success. During the interview process we can talk you through a high level overview of your 90 day plan. By the end of your first six months we expect you to:Deliver a repeatable sales process and playbookClose flagship enterprise accounts that demonstrate market fitHire and onboard your first sales team membersWell continually develop and measure success on the below criteria:Consistent attainment of revenue targetsSales cycle efficiency and forecast accuracyGrowth of pipeline value and win ratesWe are a start up in an exceptionally dynamic stage of our growth.
