Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Management:
    • Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, emphasising continuous improvement and professional development.
    • Oversee the performance and productivity of team members, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
  • Systems & Application Management:
    • Oversee the administration and management of Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and other related tools.
    • Ensure the effective and efficient operation of all Microsoft 365 services within the organisation.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions that leverage Microsoft 365 capabilities.

  • Strategic Planning:
    • Develop and implement strategies for the optimal use of Microsoft 365 applications to support business objectives.
