Role Summary

The purpose of an Operational Customer Service Administrator is to provide excellent customer service administrative to clients and customers. This includes receiving and responding to customer inquiries, supporting resolving customer complaints, providing accurate information about products and services, and maintaining customer records. The Customer Service Administrator must also be able to effectively communicate with internal and external customers, as well as possess strong problem-solving and organizational skills. The ultimate goal is to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty, while driving customer loyalty and retention.



Responsibilities

  • Provide & co-ordinate in an efficient and effective manner all day to day administrative affairs within the department.
  • Support email communications to customers and to internal departments
  • Communicate accurate and correct information within the department as well as to other departments.
  • Co-ordinate and support internal and external meetings by assisting with preparation of meeting materials, client presentations and menu tasting as well as taking minutes.
  • Implement & Maintain filing systems within the department with emphasis on confidential information relating to both, internal and external clients.
  • Providing support to CSM team, recording and communicating service related issues as required.
  • Manage the input and accuracy of data into the Customer Performance System.
  • Assist the review of delivery notes, invoices and revenue assurance, highlighting concerns to the relevant CSM and department.
  • Recording of data from chefs tables and customer menu sampling.
  • Producing reports as required.
  • Ensure full awareness of work health and safety requirements and expectations in order to minimise health and safety risks for self and colleagues.
  • Ensure compliance to all relevant safety, security, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls across the operation to guarantee employee safety, security, legislative compliance, delivery of high quality service with a responsible environmental attitude.

  • Excellent IT skills including Microsoft office and various databases
  • Strong Organisational skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English language, both written and oral with eexcellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Good timekeeping and ability to work to deadlines

Desirable Criteria

  • Customer service experience
  • Inflight catering experience is an advantage
