My client is a successful operator with a portfolio of unusual, breath-taking restaurant concepts, serving amazing food in prime locations. Still relatively young yet highly successful, they pride themselves for being ahead of their competitors and providing their guests with a unique dining experience.

The group is expanding with plans to open further restaurants and brands across the UK and overseas.

They are looking for a Head of Sales to drive the sales strategy across their restaurant estate, hitting ambitious revenue targets, whilst leading a high-performing team of BDMs.

The role:

Work in partnership with the founders, brand and marketing teams to ensure a co-ordinated approach to all marketing activity, focussing on revenue generation.

Work closely with site level Business Development Managers to ensure that ambitious revenue targets are agreed upon and delivered, whilst supporting and mentoring them with any challenges they may face.

Utilise data and insights to create a data driven sales strategy and use real-time insights to identify high-potential sales opportunities.

The ideal candidate:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a Senior Sales management role, ideally within the hospitality industry.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a passion for mentoring and developing your team.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to implement and execute sales strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making.

The salary package for this great role is £60,000 plus 20% bonus.
