About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of a growing hospitality group, ensuring our team thrives and our operations run smoothly. Based at the head office, with regular travel to sites, you will collaborate with leadership and site teams to foster a positive workplace culture, streamline recruitment processes, and develop talent across the group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring we attract and retain top talent.
  • Develop and implement training and development programs tailored to the needs of each site.
  • Provide expert guidance on HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practice.
  • Support and coach managers on performance management, employee relations, and team development.
  • Build strong relationships across sites to effectively address HR issues and foster engagement.

What Were Looking For:

  • Proven HR experience, ideally within the hospitality or multi-site industry.
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent HR certification.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A proactive and hands-on approach with the flexibility to travel regularly.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
