We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Administrator for a growing business in Ringwood The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department with various administrative tasks and recruitment processes, ensuring smooth operations and compliance.
Responsibilities of a HR Administrator:
- Organising and maintaining personnel records
- Completing DBS and right-to-work checks
- Leading and supporting staff recruitment processes, including managing applications, shortlisting, scheduling, and conducting interviews
- Preparing offers, contracts of employment, and collecting necessary documentation (e.g., references)
- Conducting new starter inductions, covering Health & Safety and HR documentation
As a HR Administrator you will have:
- Strong administrative skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Ability to display empathy and sensitivity in dealing with personnel matters
Desirable Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an HR Admin or Recruitment role
- Knowledge of HR software and systems
- CIPD Level 3 qualification or above (desirable but not essential).
