The Head of Content, reporting to the CEO and working closely with the SEO Director, will manage web content across blogs, newsletters, and video for sites focused on organic Google search visibility.


You will lead a team of writers, copywriters, and videographers to ensure content quality and volume align with our digital marketing goals.


Key responsibilities include:


  • Develop and execute content strategy across all brands, including new legal and accountancy brands.
  • Oversee the creation, editing, and publication of high-quality written and video content, ensuring adherence to grammar and SEO best practices.
  • Establish and monitor content performance metrics, using insights to optimize strategies for growth.
  • Collaborate with the SEO Director to test and implement content changes in line with evolving best practices.


Your profile:

  • Proven content management/publication experience for digital-first companies who rely on organic positioning on Google
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a content management/publication role.
  • Experience of writing long form and short form articles for publication on technical and non-technical topics.
  • Impeccable written English language skills.
  • Significant experience of publishing articles using WordPress (desirable).
  • Bachelor’s degree


The salary of up to £100,000.
