Perhaps you are currently working in retail or hospitality and fancy a change or maybe you have just finished studying and are looking to kick start your career. As long as you are enthusiastic, polite, professional and organised then this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

The role involves working with customers who have a magazine subscription across a range of titles covering comic hero's, craft & cooking, technology, sci-fi fantasy, model making, sports and military.

You will deal directly with customer queries via the phone, email, live web chat and social media and will provide a fantastic customer experience by always responding quickly and professionally

Skills and Requirements:
