**CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR**

**Location: Ringwood, Hampshire (Hybrid Working)**

**Salary: Minimum £10.50 per hour**

**IMMEDIATE START AVAILABLE**

**TEMPORARY - PERMANENT OPPORTUNITIES**

**Hours: 8-hour shifts between the hours of 7.00am - 10.00pm**

Our client, a highly reputable and fantastic company to work for, are currently recruiting TEMPORARY Customer Service Advisors to join their well-established team providing customer support.

You will need to have a positive telephone manner and provide excellent customer service when liaising with customers.

**As our Customer Service Advisor, your day-to-day will consist of**
- Handling incoming customer queries across multiple contact channels
- Ensuring team targets always delivers exceptional guest care
- Dealing with escalated queries and ensuring timely resolution
- Ensuring the brand is present through all customer communications
- Managing membership accounts
- Take ownership of each customer journey, anticipating needs and persevering to resolve cases through personalised solutions

**To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following**:

- Ability to multitask and prioritise your own workload.
- An investigative mind with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Positive attitude with a flexible and resilient approach to change.
- Computer literate with the ability to learn new systems.
- Ability to demonstrate a high standard of customer service.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to use own initiative and work on your own and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Temp to perm
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: From £10.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
