We are currently looking for a Corporate Receptionist to work on our client’s site in Newcastle. The position is working in the front of house team working on the ground floor ensuring incoming tenants and visitors receive a 5* service in our one tenant buildings.The position is working on a temporary ongoing contract working 8am-5pm Monday to Friday working on an hourly rate with potential to go permanent.ReceptionistNewcastle£13ph - £15phTemp – permResponsibilities:Ensure a five* service is delivered by welcoming tenants and guestsEnsure all calls and emails are answered promptly and accordinglyDeal with any queries from occupiers and guests as well as offering assistance in resolving issuesSigning in visitors and helping with directionsSeeing tenants and guests to the available hot desks and meeting roomsBooking, preparing, and clearing meeting roomsReport any relevant information and issues to Front of House Manager and designated Facilities Management teamEnsuring the front of house area is immaculately presented – replenish stock in kitchens and ensure areas are tidyBuilding relationships with all tenants in the buildingWe are looking for candidates with customer facing experience in:HotelsRestaurantsCorporateAirlinesMarketing/EventsLooking for someone that is enthusiastic about ensuring a high level of service is delivered at all timesFriendly, professional, bubbly personalityBe extremely well always presented (must own a Black/Navy Suit with matching Blazer, White Shirt, Black Court Shoes (tie for male)).Fantastic communication skills as you will be dealing with high profile clients.** DUE TO THE LEVELS OF APPLICATIONS, ONLY SUITABLE CANDIDATES WILL BE CONTACTED
