- Coordinate and schedule waste removal jobs, ensuring timely and accurate bookings.
- Maintain organized records and files for easy retrieval and reference.
- Assist in managing and coordinating staff schedules and assignments.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role would be preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using office software and basic computer skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £15,000.00-£19,000.00 per year
