  • Proven experience in security systems business development and developing a team to maximise sales opportunities. Develop s sales strategy for the Security division focusing on key partnerships and relationships.
  • Strong understanding of security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Leadership experience with a track record of managing successful teams.
  • Results-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a competitive market.
