Role Description

We are seeking a Sales Director for a part-time remote position (roughly 20 hours per week), transitioning to full-time within 1-2 months. The Sales Director will be pivotal in driving growth across our models, creators, artists, public relations, and events divisions.


Key responsibilities include:

  1. Implementing new systems to boost sales, including a comprehensive outreach strategy
  2. Increasing bookings across all divisions
  3. Developing and executing innovative sales strategies
  4. Potential involvement in partnered ventures and other company projects
  5. Building and leading a high-performing sales team
  6. Working with our creator, model, PR and events divisions to understand their needs


Qualifications

  • Proven track record in sales leadership and revenue growth
  • Experience in implementing sales systems and outreach strategies
  • Strong understanding of the media, entertainment, or communications industry
  • Excellent relationship-building and networking skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growth and innovation
  • Experience in talent management or event coordination is a plus
  • Adaptability to work across multiple ventures and projects


No specific educational qualifications are required. We value experience, skills, and results over formal education.


This role will start October 1st.
