Student Support Worker – Barking & Dagenham – Start Date: ASAP We are looking for a passionate Student Support Worker to join a dynamic team in Barking & Dagenham. Essential Requirements:

  • 1:1 or 2:1 Degree from a leading UK university
  • Prior SEN-based experience with children
  • Enthusiastic, confident, and proactive personality
  • Experience in behaviour management
  • Confidence in working with SEN students
  • Previous work in a school setting is required
Key Responsibilities:

  • Encouraging student progress and attainment
  • Working 1:1 or in small groups to support students in lessons and throughout the school day
  • Collaborating closely with the SEN team
  • Leading support for students across a range of subjects
Contract Details:

  • Full-time, term-time only
  • £90-£100 per day
