Description

As the successful Payroll and Finance Assistant you will:

  • Monitor the payroll figures and analyse for payroll discrepancies
  • Perform manual calculations for changes to rates of pay in line with individual staff rates of pay
  • Perform data reconciliations and investigate figures
  • Produce a variety of reports for senior management using Excel
  • Work closely with the Financial Director to analyse variances and highlight key success areas

Profile

To be successful as the Payroll and Finance Assistant you will have:

  • Ability to work with a high volume of data
  • Excellent data analysis skills and ability to reconcile figures
  • Previous experience of processing staff time sheets or payroll would be advantageous
  • Ability to manipulate data with Excel and confident in using multiple spreadsheets
