Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance and Payroll Specialist to join our team at Page Personnel Finance. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing the company's invoicing and reconciliations, processing end-to-end payroll for employees, and ensuring compliance with statutory payments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process monthly payroll on Sage Payroll, including statutory payments such as SSP, SMP, and SPP
  • Administer new starters and leavers P45s and P60s
  • Prepare and submit pension payments to HMRC
  • Process purchase and sales ledger transactions
  • Perform bank and statement reconciliations
  • Prepare reports and journal entries

Requirements

  • Experience in processing weekly and monthly payroll
  • Proficiency in using Excel and Sage Payroll/Sage 50
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
