We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Finance & Payroll Administrator. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing the company's invoicing and reconciliations, as well as processing end-to-end payroll for employees.

Our client is a leading provider of financial services, specializing in supported living and accommodation services within the housing industry.

Job Summary

As a Finance & Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Processing monthly payroll on Sage Payroll
  • Managing statutory payments, including SSP, SMP, and SPP
  • Administering new starters and leavers, including P45s and P60s
  • Submitting pension payments to HMRC
  • Processing purchase and sales ledger transactions
  • Performing bank and statement reconciliations
  • Preparing reports and journal entries
Requirements
  • Experience processing weekly and monthly payroll
  • Proficiency in processing new starters, leavers, P45s, and P60s
  • Ability to make changes to statutory payments
  • Experience with invoice processing and report production
  • Competency in bank reconciliations
  • Proficient user of Excel and Sage Payroll/Sage 50
