Job SummaryAs a Finance & Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for:
- Processing monthly payroll on Sage Payroll
- Managing statutory payments, including SSP, SMP, and SPP
- Administering new starters and leavers, including P45s and P60s
- Submitting pension payments to HMRC
- Processing purchase and sales ledger transactions
- Performing bank and statement reconciliations
- Preparing reports and journal entries
- Experience processing weekly and monthly payroll
- Proficiency in processing new starters, leavers, P45s, and P60s
- Ability to make changes to statutory payments
- Experience with invoice processing and report production
- Competency in bank reconciliations
- Proficient user of Excel and Sage Payroll/Sage 50
