About Us:

We are an established and growing company based in London, looking for a motivated Campaigns & Marketing Assistant with a strong focus on sales. This role is ideal for someone passionate about driving sales through traditional methods, with a hands-on approach to generating leads and converting them into customers through campaigns and events.


Role Overview:

As a Campaigns & Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting sales efforts. You will be responsible for assisting with sales-driven marketing campaigns, coordinating in-person events, and managing physical promotional materials. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting directly with customers, coordinating promotions, and contributing to revenue growth through traditional

channels.


Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Campaign Support: Assist in the planning and execution of sales campaigns such as direct mail, print advertising, and in-person pr

omotions.

• Lead Generation: Work with the sales team to generate leads through face-to-face interactions at events, exhibitions, and through promotional materials like flyers and brochures.

• Event Coordination: Help organize and execute events, trade shows, and pop-up promotions, ensuring that all logistical aspects are in place, from setup to customer engagement.

• Customer Outreach: Engage with potential customers through door-to-door canvassing, in-store promotions, and event-based sales efforts, providing product information and gathering feedback.

• Sales Material Development: Assist in the creation and distribution of sales collateral such as brochures, posters, and product samples for use in campaigns.

• Market Research: Conduct market research, including in-person surveys and direct

conversations with customers to gather insights on preferences and sales opportunities.

• Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with customers and local businesses to foster partnerships and boost sales efforts.

• Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of sales campaigns, gathering feedback from customers and tracking sales performance at events.


Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Sales, or a related field (or relevant internship ex

perience)

• Strong interest in sales and traditional marketing methods

• Excellent communication skills and confidence in face-to-face interactions

• Hands-on experience in event coordination, sales promotions, or direct customer engagement is a plus

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment

• A proactive and results-oriented approach to driving sales

• Willingness to work in-person at events, trade shows, and sales initiatives
