Our client is a dynamic and growing business and they are looking for an organised Administrator to deliver fantastic support to a thriving HR team.

If you are a motivated and keen learner with strong communication skills, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing day-to-day:

  • Acting as first point of contact for all people-related queries
  • Scheduling interviews and liaising with candidates and external consultants
  • Preparing and sending out offer letters
  • Assisting with payroll administration
  • Liaising with external consultants for screening documentation and visas etc
  • Supporting the HR Manager in day to day projects and administration
  • Coordinating training requests
  • Looking for ways to improve processes and offering suggestions
