Senior EA to CEO & Chief of Staff

Salary range: £60-£70k 

Location: East Croydon - Role is located a moments walk from East Croydon station which is 12 mins from London Bridge or 15 mins from Victoria 

A career boosting opportunity has arisen to join one the Pension Protection Fund as Senior EA to the CEO & Chief of Staff. The CEO is a newly appointed and a hugely inspiring leader and visionary as such, this role is a vital piece in allowing the business to grow and move forward which in return offers unparalleled career development. While each day will be different, your core duties will include;  

• Managing and staying on top of the CEO and business priorities and key relationships.  
• Complex diary and inbox management – often relating to sensitive and confidential information. 
• Keeping the CEO and COS abreast of relevant industry reports and updates  
• Prepare the CEO and COS in detail for their meetings, both internal and external. This will include preparing briefings on key topics relating to the agenda. 
• Taking minutes and creating action points and deliverables. 
• Successfully track and monitor projects and their deadlines. 
• Undertake small research project where necessary. 
• Represent the COS when required in a professional and accurate way. This may include making decisions within the remit of the role. 
• Liaise with both external and internal stakeholders. 
• Work in partnership with the Board Support to ensure responsibilities relating to the board are effectively handled. 
• Occasional private PA support to the CEO.  

Person specification: 

• Emotionaly intelligent 
• Integrity, maturity & ability to build strong and lasting relationships  
• Strong judgment and ability to make informed decisions  
• Exceptional attention to detail  
• Strong IT skills (Team share, MS office packages, One note etc.) 
• Previous experience supporting C-Suite within a professional services or legal industry
