Although the role is based in our fantastic Glasgow offices it is contacting patients in Croatia, therefore, spoken and written Croatian to Fluent standard is required along with fluent English.Key ResponsibilitiesMaking contact with patients who have recently attended an initial consultationPromoting the lifestyle and clinical benefits of our treatmentsManage the patient pipelineProviding an exceptional after sales serviceEssential skillsCroatian language skills to Fluent levelExcellent written and spoken EnglishAchievement within outbound salesProven track record in over achieving KPI’sAbility to converse and relate to a wide range of peopleExcellent communication skills with empathy and understandingAbility to deliver first class customer serviceStrong IT skills – database, word/excel and emailTeamwork, with the skills to add value to the existing set upThe role is all about the customer experience coupled with exceeding conversion targets.
