Role & Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with customers via phone and email
  • Processing returns, refunds, credit notes.
  • General administration duties
  • Tracking customer orders across our courier networks
  • Maintaining customer services mailboxes / responding to general queries
  • Maintaining eBay/Amazon mailboxes / responding to general queries
  • Replying to online customer feedback
  • Assisting Accounts Dept as and when required with Ad Hoc credit control duties

Key Skills & Experience

  • Experience of ERP systems (Orderwise/Sage or similar)
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office such as Word/Excel
  • Great customer service skills
  • Experience of telephone communications with customers
  • Previous call centre experience is desired

Hours will be Monday to Friday 9am-5pm

Salary & Benefits
