Job Summary:As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying, acquiring, and nurturing client relationships. You will work closely with our consulting teams to deliver tailored technology solutions that meet the needs of our clients. Your ability to understand client needs, build relationships, and close deals will be crucial to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
    • Collaborate with the consulting team to ensure successful delivery of technology solutions.
    • Regularly communicate with clients to assess their needs, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for additional services.
    • Manage and resolve any client issues or escalations in a timely and effective manner.
  • Collaboration & Teamwork:

    • Work closely with internal teams, including consulting, project management, and marketing, to ensure seamless service delivery.
    • Provide input and feedback to help refine and improve our service offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Skills:

    • Understanding of technology solutions and their business applications.
    • Excellent communication, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and other key stakeholders.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess client needs and propose effective solutions.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
  • Personal Attributes:

    • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
    • High level of professionalism and integrity.
    • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
