**The Role**

As an Account Executive at Totara, you will be responsible for selling Totara's SaaS solution to Mid-Market and Enterprise customers across a variety of industries.

**Responsibilities**
- Design and execute a Sales plan to meet quarterly and annual revenue goals
- Partner with internal stakeholders to drive sales success (Marketing, Solutions Engineers, Customer Success)
- Deliver accurate monthly and quarterly forecast to senior leadership
- Become an evangelist for Totara's vision - educating both prospects and customers

**Your Profile**
- Successful New Business track record - Selling Mid-Market / Enterprise SaaS solutions
- Start up mentality - Working within an entrepreneurial, high growth environment
- Strategic, solution-based value selling approach
- Excellent communicator - Internally and externally. Ability to positively influence both operational and C-level stakeholders
- Accountable & Self Driven - Takes responsibility for pipeline generation, self development and territory management
- Proficiency with Hubspot or an equivalent CRM
- Domain expertise - LMS or Edtech experience is highly advantageous
