Skills Required- To be either currently studying for your ACCA or CIMA, or to consider yourself "Qualified by Experience" As this position requires a strong technical knowledge or proficiency.
- To have experience producing management account packs for senior management, and to have a history of being involved in senior meetings regarding budgeting and forecasting of the organisation.
- To be confident and charismatic, in this role your voice will be valued and your insight will be requested by senior management. It is important to be able to communicate in an effective manner which gets your point across effectively.
- To have experience with assisting the development of junior colleagues. This is a role which will see you helping your colleagues with their growth, so it is important to be confident in this task.
