About the Role: As a Maintenance Manager, you will:

  • Lead a team of nine engineers, ensuring optimal plant efficiency and machine availability.
  • Implement and manage preventative maintenance programs to reduce downtime.
  • Oversee spare parts inventory and ensure timely repairs.
  • Utilize maintenance software for reporting and tracking improvements.
  • Foster a motivated and skilled maintenance team through effective leadership.
