A boutique law firm is looking for an outstanding person – to support a Partner and assist with the smooth running of an exclusive London office that has a truly positive team culture.

What you’ll be doing day-to-day:

  • Greeting clients and acting as an ambassador for the firm at all times
  • Establishing relationships with vendors, creating processes and procedures
  • Ensuring office supplies are fully stocked and meeting rooms and public areas are immaculate
  • Planning and organising internal and external events
  • Assisting with recruitment and training requirements
  • Supporting 1 partner with legal administration – training can be provided
  • Being the go-to person in office for queries and solutions
  • Building relationships internally and externally

The skills you need to bring:

  • Previous experience coordinating a busy, dynamic office
  • Very strong relationship building skills
  • Commitment to confidentiality and discretion
  • Proactive and sociable approach
  • Ability to think on your feet and take an entirely ‘hands on’ approach
