As Customer Experience Manager, you will be at the forefront of ensuring customers' needs are not only met but anticipated. You'll lead a dedicated team, develop and implement strategies that enhance customer satisfaction, and act as a critical liaison between customers and our internal teams. Your role will be crucial in driving customer loyalty and advocacy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Management: Lead and mentor a team of customer experience professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Strategy Development: Design and implement customer experience strategies that align with business goals and values.
- Customer Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring their needs are understood and prioritized across the organization.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze customer feedback, trends, and metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive actionable insights.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience.
Who are we looking for?
- Proven experience in a customer experience or customer service leadership role.
- Demonstrates high levels of experience, gained within an insurance industry/claims environment.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and inspire a team to achieve high performance.
- Experience with CRM systems and customer feedback tools is a plus.
