As our next Head of Marketing Communications, you’ll increase AMTA’s market share and enhance the brand's competitive positioning. As the vital link between central marketing and the AMTA region, you’ll facilitate communication between the two teams and advocate for AMTA's needs to the global marketing teams. Your main responsibilities will include overseeing marketing activities, managing budgets, and meeting company targets

As the leader of Aston Martin's marketing strategy in the Americas, you'll work closely with a team of marketing experts to drive brand awareness and foster unity within the team. Your main responsibilities will include overseeing marketing activities, managing budgets, and meeting company targets. Day-to-day tasks will involve consulting with central marketing teams, devising strategies, managing content, and ensuring effective communication across all platforms.

Your primary focus will be to elevate AMTA's market presence and brand recognition. Your efforts will play a pivotal role in enhancing brand visibility and collaborating with the regional team to implement global marketing strategies. You’ll ensure a tangible increase of AMTA’s share of voice and mind in the market while supporting the development of AMTA’s five-year perspective of competitive positioning in product and price. Your remit will involve managing the annual marketing budget, implementing return on investment metrics, and coordinating with Central Marketing to develop and execute a digital strategy for AMTA.

In your role as Head of Marketing Communications, you'll be steering the success of marketing campaigns, guiding the team to new heights, and ensuring alignment with company objectives. You'll play a crucial role in delivering key messages to the target audience, boosting brand awareness, and ultimately driving sales growth. This position is ideal for someone with courage and a passion for impactful marketing communications.

To excel in this role, you'll have a good understanding of budget management and a keen eye for KPIs. You’ll collaborate with a team of professionals, managing various tasks, such as developing presentations to improve decision-making, managing marketing programs, and overseeing product launches and brand partnerships.

This is a full-time hybrid role with an expectation the role is split between our New York office and Remote working. There may be an occasional requirement to travel to other Aston Martin sites and our UK HQ.

Salary: $140k - $160k

The Key Requirements...

  • Degree in Marketing or Communications preferential or significant Marketing / Communications experience within a managerial role.
  • Experience in premium brand marketing, ideally in luxury/automotive.
  • A keen understanding of Customer Insights, User Journey, and how it all translates via CRM.
  • Ability to set strategic direction and develop supporting programs
  • Collaborator, capable of motivating and leading marketing peers, dealers, and agencies to implement programs/promotions.
