Sales Enablement Specialist


PayComplete provides software, hardware and services for cash handling, payments, and self-service transaction solutions to thousands of enterprise customers throughout the world.

Our technology enables customers in retail, transportation, banking, vending and cash centers to automate their cash handling, provide a single platform for unified payments, and present their end consumers with tailored self-service applications. Central to everything we do are our IoT transaction platform (Connect on Device) and SaaS cloud platform (Connect) which manage our devices and the transactions processed on those devices.


As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Salesforce Product Owner.



ROLE OVERVIEW


PayComplete uses Salesforce as its global Marketing & Sales platform and now needs an ‘owner’ of this solution. This position will report to the GM EMEA and will work very closely with Sales, IT and Finance. This role is fundamental in ensuring accurate data and analysis of sales forecasts and customer pricing. Salesforce is an important platform within the organisation currently with around 70 current users and is critical to our business’s growth. As the Salesforce Product Owner, you will play a critical role in driving the successful implementation, utilization, and optimisation of Salesforce within our organisation. You will take full responsibility for training our sales teams, implementing processes, and evangelising the value and benefits of consistent Salesforce usage internally. Additionally, you will focus on internal system integrations to ensure seamless sharing of data across various departments.


KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES


Salesforce Implementation and Optimisation:

  • Lead the implementation and configuration of Salesforce to meet the specific needs of our B2B sales organisation.
  • Continuously optimize Salesforce to enhance efficiency, productivity, and user experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with Salesforce updates, features, and best practices to maximize the platform's capabilities.

Customer Pricing

  • Lead cross functional team to lead implementation of Global pricing framework
  • Implement clear processes to allow GM control, Market pricing and customer price lists
  • Work with IT and other departments to ensure data accuracy of pricing models

Sales Team Training and Support:

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for sales teams on Salesforce usage and pricing strucutres, including data entry, opportunity management, reporting, and dashboard utilization.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to sales representatives to ensure proficient and effective use of Salesforce in their daily workflows.
  • Address any Salesforce-related issues or concerns raised by the sales team promptly and effectively.

Process Implementation and Improvement:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, document, and streamline sales processes within Salesforce and price management .
  • Implement and enforce standardized processes to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve processes to align with evolving business needs and industry best practices.

Internal Evangelism and Advocacy:

  • Champion the value and benefits of Salesforce adoption across all levels of the organisation.
  • Conduct regular workshops, presentations, and communications to educate employees on the advantages of using Salesforce and encourage active participation.
  • Act as a liaison between sales teams and management to gather feedback, address concerns, and drive user engagement.

System Integration and Data Management:

  • Work closely with IT and other departments to integrate Salesforce with existing systems and tools, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
  • Define data sharing protocols and establish data governance policies to maintain data accuracy, consistency, and security.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot data integration issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve any discrepancies or inconsistencies.


QUALIFICATIONS


  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Salesforce Administrator certification (additional certifications such as Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant or Salesforce Platform App Builder are a plus).
  • In depth understanding of the ‘sales process’ and price model requirements
  • Proven experience as a CRM administrator or product owner, preferably within a B2B sales organisation.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, configuration, and customization.
  • Previous experience of implementing and maintaining pricing programs
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
