Customer Service/Administration Staff needed

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service on phone and email
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and efficient manner
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and communicate with team members to resolve queries
  • Composing emails to inform clients about an outstanding account
  • Telephone calls to determine why payments remain outstanding
  • Experience with servicing court orders to recover outstanding payments, in some cases would be ideal (not essential)
  • Must be confident using the telephone

Requirements:

* Previous customer service experience within a telephone based role

* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

* Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think on your feet

* Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment

* A positive and customer-focused attitude

Working Hours:

* Full-time, 40 hours per week - Monday - Friday 9am-5.30pm

Contract Type:

* Temp to perm

Hourly Rate:

* £12 per hour
