As one of the UK’s fastest-growing printers, Solopress is always looking for great people like you to join our very friendly, hardworking team. Due to continued expansion, we are now looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join us here in Southend on Sea, Essex.

**Role Requirements**
- Working hours for this role are Monday to Friday 10am until 6pm.
- Previous experience working in a busy customer service/call centre role.
- Experience resolving customer queries in a polite and friendly manner.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Providing the best in class customer service to all customers.
