A fast-growing, friendly company based in Southend is seeking an enthusiastic person to add to our current office team.

The right person will help to deliver an outstanding service to our expanding customer base and will need to have first class customer service skills. The role is varied, so flexibility will be the key to meeting the company’s needs, but the main responsibilities in the role will be as follows:

- Key contact for new customers, managing install and onboarding process
- Maintain, update and manage CRM data for customer information and site data, advising on recommendations for improvement
- Account management and customer service of allocated accounts
- Help support and liaise with the Operations team
- To assist in the route planning and analysis of allocated accounts
- Stock control, ensuring stock is monitored and inputted into the system correctly
- Helping with stock allocation daily to our CSR’s if required and within busy holiday periods
- Good telephone voice and manner
- General office administration

SUCCESS MEASURED BY:
- 1. Satisfaction of Office Manager and Directors with support given

2. Achievement of daily reporting

3. Installation planning

4. Relationships built with team

EXPERIENCE
- Proven flexibility and being able to adapt
- Computer literate - Particularly with Word/Excel and Outlook
- Good written & spoken English

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25-40 per week

**Salary**: £19,000.00-£22,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Loyalty bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Southend-on-Sea, SS2 5PZ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
