Customer Service Administrator

A1 Personnel are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator for a permanent contract on behalf of our client based in Westcliff on Sea.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Quote customers and follow up quote/ sales opportunities
- Negotiate with customers and suppliers
- Deliver high quality customer service and response
- Manage Customers Accounts
- Utilise based Aircraft parts databases
- Maximize revenue / profit and minimize costs.
- Ensure all costumers responsibility costs including freight, late fees, are recharged
- Communicate/ Collaborate with internal departments to ensure on time delivery to customers
- Undertake other duties when required.
**Requirements**:
- Sales and Customer support experience with the ability to deliver high level of customer service support
- Numerate, accurate with the ability to meet deadlines
- Good negotiation, organizational and time management skills
- IT Literate
- high proficient in use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Previous experience in the Aviation Industry
Hours:
Monday to Friday : 9am-5.30pm
