UK Sales Manager


The Role of UK Sales Manager – Bespoke Electronic Components: As UK Sales Manager working for this innovative manufacturer of electronics enclosures, you will be responsible for managing a small sales and customer services team of 4 and generating sales yourself. Initially, your key focus will be to develop a pipeline of new business opportunities for custom made / bespoke electronic enclosures to a wide range of OEMs. The OEMs consist of companies manufacturing products such as instrumentation, meters, capital equipment where a control panel is required.

Customer support is industry leading, with an extensive team of highly skilled Project Engineers. In addition, they offer their employees excellent product and sales training and a progressive and ethical working environment.


For the Position of UK Sales Manager – Bespoke Electronic Components, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • Must have sold an electronic product such as connectors, switches, PCBs, capacitors, diodes, displays etc.to OEMs at Design level
  • People management experience
  • Able to spend some nights away from home and travel to the office in Buckinghamshire twice a month
  • Driving licence



Benefits of this UK Sales Manager – Bespoke Electronic Components role:

· £60,000 to £70,000 basic salary DoE

· 10% – 20% bonus

· Hybrid company car or a car allowance

· Pension scheme, up to 10% employer contribution after qualifying

· 25 days’ holiday, (plus Bank Holidays)
