Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 2nd line support for Office 365, Microsoft stack, Azure Active Directory, VPN, MDM, Intune, Networking, and VMware.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Assist with the deployment and management of mobile devices using MDM solutions.
  • Configure and maintain VPN connections for remote users.
  • Manage and support virtual environments using VMware.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to implement and maintain network infrastructure.
  • Ensure security and compliance standards are met across all systems.
  • Document technical procedures and solutions for future reference.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proficiency in Office 365 and the Microsoft stack.
  • Strong knowledge of Azure Active Directory.
  • Experience with VPN configuration and management.
  • Familiarity with Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Intune.
  • Solid understanding of networking principles and protocols.
  • Hands-on experience with VMware.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, VMware Certified Professional).
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
