This is a full-time on-site role for a . The Sales Representative/ Business Development will be responsible for prospecting and generating new business, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting sales presentations and negotiations, and meeting sales targets. The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a proactive and self-motivated approach to sales.Qualifications for the  Sales Representative / Business DevelopmentProven track record in sales and business developmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong negotiation and closing skillsAbility to build and maintain client relationshipsSelf-motivated and driven to achieve sales targetsExperience in the manufacturing industry is a plusKnowledge of plasma cutting, CNC flame/gas cutting, and machining processes is beneficialResponsibilities of the  Sales Representative / Business Development RoleConduct high-level industry research to develop effective sales solutions.Promote the company’s products or services to prospective clients. Participate in collaborative business meetings to update key stakeholders.Provide continuous, constructive feedback to salespeople.Review sales contracts to ensure they meet legal and corporate guidelines.Interact with clients and respond to important inquiries about the company’s products or services.Client visits
