Job Description:


Reporting to an Investment Director of Infrastructure Equity, the Associate will be involved in the identification, evaluation, and analysis of infrastructure investment opportunities.


Role Responsibilities:


  • Examine and analyse potential infrastructure investments with a primary focus on valuation.
  • Populate industry and market data to identify trends and assess potential investment opportunities.
  • Remain current on market and industry developments to help frame investment strategies.
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of Investment Committee memoranda; participate in Investment Committee discussions.
  • Participate in the monitoring and management of the investment portfolio through formal semi-annual reviews and other informal meetings.


Qualifications:


  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience in infrastructure and / or investment management;
  • Relevant experience may include asset management, valuation, investment banking or similar;
  • Undergraduate business, finance, infrastructure, or economics degree
  • Strong quantitative, financial, and analytical skills (DCF and financial modelling).
  • Solid understanding of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Bloomberg and other financial data portals.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to build working relationships internally and externally.
  • Demonstrated passion for investing.
